What is a workflow audit?
A workflow audit is a structured review of how work actually moves through a business before deciding what to automate, document, delegate, or rebuild.
A workflow audit looks at the repeated work inside a business: the trigger, owner, tools, inputs, handoffs, bottlenecks, expected output, and failure points. The goal is not to force automation into every process. The goal is to understand which process is costing time, creating confusion, or blocking growth.
