This SKU covers only the work reasonably connected to the service title, listed inclusions, listed integrations, checkout selection, and approved onboarding details. New features, additional systems, major redesigns, migrations, compliance reviews, copywriting, large data cleanup, or integrations not included below may require a separate quote.

Listed integrations describe common fit and expected technical direction. Access, account setup, platform fees, API limits, approval delays, third-party outages, and third-party terms remain the client's responsibility unless a written scope says otherwise.
What is not included
Unless agreed in writing, this SKU does not include major new features, unrelated pages or screens, new platforms, new app stores, advanced compliance work, emergency incident response, major backend rewrites, substantial database restructuring, or ongoing development beyond the selected implementation and upkeep terms.
Upkeep boundaries
Optional upkeep may include maintenance, monitoring, small fixes, dependency updates, minor content updates, light technical support, and reasonable troubleshooting for the covered project. Upkeep does not include unlimited development, major feature work, redesigns, migrations, large content changes, or recovery caused by client-side or third-party changes unless agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate requirements, approvals, content, brand assets, account access, API credentials, third-party permissions, and the legal right to use all materials supplied to RASHLABS. Delays in access, feedback, payment, or third-party decisions may delay delivery.
Payment, refunds, and cancellations
Payment, refund, cancellation, chargeback, and dispute rules are governed by the RASHLABS Terms of Service, this SKU agreement, the checkout confirmation, and any written project-specific terms. Custom work may become non-refundable in whole or in part once discovery, setup, planning, design, configuration, development, or third-party work begins.
Delivery and acceptance
RASHLABS may deliver work through a live site, staging link, repository, app build, document, dashboard, automation, integration, file transfer, or other reasonable delivery method. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, delivered work may be considered accepted when approved, used in production, requested for final deployment, or not materially objected to within 7 days after delivery.
Intellectual property
After all amounts due are paid, the client receives ownership of final custom deliverables specifically created for that client and identified in the approved scope, excluding RASHLABS pre-existing materials and third-party materials. RASHLABS retains reusable components, templates, methods, internal tools, workflows, know-how, design patterns, automation patterns, AI prompts, and general technical knowledge.
Relationship to general terms
This SKU-specific agreement supplements the RASHLABS Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If a signed written agreement, statement of work, proposal, invoice, or checkout confirmation conflicts with this page, the project-specific document controls in the order described in the Terms of Service.
